Equity prefers clients to invest directly into property either by buying listed property companies on the New Zealand sharemarket or by investing into approved property syndications.
The advantage of property is that it is less volatile than shares plus it provides a higher return than is possible through finance company debentures or bank deposits.

With syndications, an investment statement describing the property lease details, yield and tenant, will be forwarded for your consideration.
